That is sooooo gross! Fermented fish, if you will. I think I saw something like that on the Food Network. It's the show where this crazy guy travels around the world eating the most disgusting food - roasted sheep kidneys, etc.
Anyway, I'm really enjoying reading about your adventures. Will's blog is hysterical! I've laughed outloud at least a half a dozen times already.
